Posted 09/28/2017 07:59AM

Please join us on Friday, October 13th!

4:30pm - 7:00pm

St. Anne's All School Fall Festival 2017

Fall Fest 2016

There will be games and child-friendly activities; it is a wonderful time to reconnect with old friends and make some new ones!

SAPA will once again be offering pizza and subs at no cost!

This is an opportunity for St. Anne's to come together as a community; please plan to attend with your child!

RSVP by Thursday, October 5th to saessapa@gmail.com with the following information:

1. Your family's last name

2. Number of adults

3. Number of Middle School students

4. Number of Lower School students

5. Whether we should include your family in our headcount for pizza and subs: (i.e 4 - pizza, 1-sub for a family of five)

Volunteers:  Every grade at St. Anne's helps with one SAPA event.  Our 3rd, 4th, and 7th Grade parents do a wonderful job supporting the all school picnic every year; these grades will be contacted by their homeroom representatives shortly and asked to volunteer.  If your child is not in 3rd, 4th or 7th grade and you would like to help, kindly contact Nikki Stryker to let her know!  This is also a great opportunity for all middle school students to "give back" in support of our school and for 7th or 8th Grade student to earn service learning hours; Ms. Howard is inviting students to express their interest to her.

Message from Mrs. Ferster:

Parents,

We hope you can join us for the All School picnic and Fall Fest, and welcome your child to drop-in for Extended Care on Friday, 10/13 if this makes sense for your family.

Let us know by Wednesday (10/11) if you plan to have your child drop in to EC on Friday (10/13) so that we will have enough supervision.  So that everyone is clear, please be sure to send an email to ecdirectors@saintannesschool.org, your child's teacher, and cit@saintannesschool.org (our change in transportation email) so that dismissal on Friday goes smoothly.

Pick your child up from the gym as early as you are able.  The picnic starts at 4:30 and your child cannot go to the picnic until you are here.

Tell your children that once you pick them up from EC, "It's time for us to enjoy Fall Fest."  So that Mrs. Ferster knows exactly who she is supervising, no matter how much fun they may have been having in the gym, there is no going back to EC!

We hope to see you there!
