St. Anne's third graders concluded one of our grade level service projects with a visit to the Delaware Clothing Bank. Following a tour of the facility, we hung shirts on hangers and sized pants/hung on hangers. We were told that we had hung enough to fill 500 orders for people in need!
"I got to bond with other students and Mr. Bob (a volunteer) while we were working." Hunter S.
"I got to work as a team. I found out that it was really hard work, but fun!" Dean T.
"I was amazed by how many families can be helped by The Clothing Bank." Macy T.
"I felt like I was helping a million people, and I felt grateful for what I have." Tessa H.
It was a really great experience; our students worked SO hard!!
