The "No Sweat" Personal Safety Course is as its name implies, not intended to make you perspire either physically or with nervousness.  It is not so much about physical activity and training, although there is some of that; it is mainly about training the brain to be smarter.

WHAT: “No Sweat” Personal Safety Training Class, instructed by Josh Kite

WHEN: Wednesday, January 18, 2017 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm

WHERE: St. Anne’s Episcopal School Music Room

WHO: All members of our community age 14 years and older (space is limited: first come, first served)

SAPA supports everyone’s safety in our community and individuals living in our area who do not have children at St. Anne’s are welcome.  This class is designed for adults and teenagers ages 14 years and older.   Mr. Kite has a variety of experience, education and training that makes him perfect to teach us these skills.

When you are smarter, you know how to be safer.  As Francis Bacon said, "Knowledge is power."  With  knowledge comes the power to make yourself and your family safer.  That is what the "No Sweat" Personal Safety Course is all about!

RSVP to, please indicate your name and the ages of any children requiring childcare, or Look for the  No Sweat" flyer which has been sent home this week.

Dine at the new Chipotle in Middletown that evening and 50% of the proceeds will be donated to SAPA!
